FAQs and Terms for private group workshop

- Once purchased, the session date and time will be confirmed via email, based on the option chosen at checkout (weekend/weekday daytime/evening).

- 2 weeks prior to the chosen date and time, I will be in touch with you to confirm details such as attendee numbers, venue location, parking, room set up etc.

- It is possible to add extra attendees up to a few days before the session date; this will be added to the invoice as an add-on.

- A beginners group session will cover the basics - how to use nib & ink, basic strokes, learning the letterforms, forming words and including simple flourishes. Each attendee will receive calligraphy kit to keep.

- If you are no longer able to attend the session, please let me know ASAP via email - info@jodierosecalligraphy.com

- Refunds not available but you can transfer to another date within 12 months of purchase date (subject to availability).
