I recently had the pleasure of working on a fantastic live personalisation event at Convene Sancroft in London, creating bespoke hot-foiled notebooks for guests at a corporate social event hosted by Rystad Energy.
Working alongside the talented Uliana (ulianapopastudio) and Phebe (pb_calligraphy), we spent the day bringing a little extra personality to each guest’s experience. Using our hot foiling setup, we personalised notebooks on the spot with beautifully calligraphed names, creating a unique keepsake for everyone to take away.
There’s something particularly special about live personalisation by professional calligraphy artists who add a beautiful handwritten element to the event, creating keepsake for the guests.
Guests get to see their item being transformed in front of them, and the process adds an engaging, memorable element to an event. From choosing what to write to watching the foil being applied, every notebook was made especially for its recipient.
The event ran throughout the day, giving us plenty of opportunities to meet guests, chat about the process and keep the personalisation station running smoothly.
It was a brilliant day in a beautiful London venue, and I loved being part of such a well-organised event.
