09.07.23 - Modern Calligraphy for Beginners - Hartley Wintney

Join me for an introduction to modern calligraphy

Sunday 9th July 10am til 12:30pm 

On arrival, you will be given your calligraphy kit, including dip pen holder, nib, ink and worksheets, to use throughout the session (this is all yours to take home!).

There will be plenty of one-to-one time during the group workshop so each student has enough time & attention to help develop their own style at their own pace.

You will learn the basic strokes, practice writing the alphabet, learn how to join the letters up to make words and learn how to add in simple flourishes. I will also show you techniques which will help you to find your own style. We will finish the workshop with a handwritten greetings card! 

Tea, coffee and yummy cake (brownies etc) included. 

Maximum of 12 attendees per workshop.

Venue: Cuppies n Cream (cuppiesncream.co.uk) is a gorgeous treat & coffee shop situated on Hartley Wintney high street. There is access to customer toilets. There is plenty of parking around Hartley Wintney.
